Drinking last night?  Poor sleep?  Your Liver Actually Controls Internal Body Clock!

Scientists have long believed that our “body clock,” or circadian rhythms, were solely under the control of our brains. Researchers from the University of Queensland have discovered that the liver plays a HUGE role in your 24-hour cycle

Our circadian clock influences sleep, hormonal secretion, metabolism, and even body temperature.  And they’ve found that if affects mood - depression and other mood disorders,
PLUS - memory and decreased alertness, as well as conditions like heart disease and diabetes
