-Sleep schedule and cycle 
-It's ok to hydrate throughout theu day, but cut liquids 2 hours before bedtime
-Don't eat too late and limit the booze
-Have a sleep mask - it increases melatonin 
-Her Sleep acronym: Same time Light Exercise  Early hydration (early caffeine) Portions of food, alcohol & sugar
-Fiber + water in the morning =  hydrate
-Hydrating is so so important throughout the day
-Grave NOTHING, enjoy EVERYTHING
-Muscle is your longevity organ
